Situated in an area of North West London which has undergone significant regeneration, this property can accommodate 699 students from Middlesex University.

The property itself comprises an 18 storey linear student accommodation block with two projecting retail blocks, raised gardens and terraces at the lower levels with ground floor courtyards and public spaces.

Our role in this project was to provide Principal Designer services and monthly site inspections. The project completed in summer 2016.
