Arofan House is a 281 bed student accommodation building located in Vere Street and Oxford Street, Cardiff.

The building is arranged over four floors with two wings located on Castle Lane and Oxford Street. The accommodation comprises 117 studios and 164 cluster bedrooms which are generally arranged in units of six with a cluster kitchen.

Our role in this project was to provide Principal Designer services and monthly site inspections. The project completed in summer 2016.
