Collaton Safety are now offering Safety Document Packs which contain a wide range of professionally drafted and simple to edit health and safety and risk assessment templates to facilitate the management and control of company health and safety issues in the workplace.

Our health and safety templates include risk assessment forms as well as health and safety statements, policies and procedures, etc.

This pack contains the following documents:

• Construction Phase Plan
• Site Forms (induction form, registers, accident report forms, fire risk assessment checklist, etc)
• Risk Assessments (ladders, asbestos, manual handling, working at height, etc)
• Method Statements (plastering, plumbing, lifting operations, concrete works, etc)
• Toolbox Talks (asbestos awareness, fire prevention, welfare, etc)

• Pre Construction Information Pack
• Design Risk Register
• Health & Safety File

This pack contains the following documents:

• Various construction related method statements including excavation work, tower scaffolding, working at height, etc

We provide these documents as a downloadable Dropbox link and all documents are in Word format. If you provide us with your logo, we can add it to all the documents for you.

Once downloaded you can save, print and use the risk assessment and method statement templates within your business for as long as you need them.

In addition to this link (and as part of the price), Collaton Safety offer support to fill the documents out if required. We are available at the end of the phone to offer advice on these documents and to ensure you are fully compliant at all times. We can tailor each pack to your exact needs.
