This project was a £10million development at Claylands Business Park in Paignton, Devon.

The new facility will provide 6,000sq m of employment space and will be home to multinational manufacturing company Casting Support Systems (CSS) Group.

Our role on this project was to act as Principal Designer as well as provide onsite health and safety surveillance and reporting for the client. This project was completed in July 2021.
