This student accommodation is situated in the heart of Coventry University, just minutes from the city centre. The Coventry University Library and William Morris building are close by, and the town centre is only 10 minutes’ walk away. The property offers en-suite rooms in two-ten bedroom flats, with shared kitchen and living areas. The property also features studio apartments and one and two bedroom flats.

Our role in this project was to provide CDM Services as CDM Co-ordinators but also to provide onsite monitoring and reporting of safety standards for the client.
