This UNITE Students development is above the popular O2 Academy in Bristol and will provide a home for 483 students, comprising of a mixture of cluster flats with communal living and kitchen spaces, and self-contained studios, which will all be arranged around a central courtyard.

Our role on this project was to act as CDM Co-ordinator as well as provide onsite health and safety surveillance and reporting for the client. This project was completed in summer 2015.
