Steel City in Sheffield was developed for Future Generation/Southern Grove. We were appointed to complete the Principal Designer role on the development along with Health and Safety inspections during the construction phase.

The construction of the ‘exemplary’ 324 bed scheme was built in 2 phases. The accommodation comprises of modern, high-quality accommodation, networking facilities, fitness studio and includes a roof top bar.

Phase 3 of Steel City created 19 short-let serviced apartments, to be used by parents and friends visiting student tenants. The concept is designed to make it much easier for students living away at university to maintain relationships with friends and family.

Phase 1 & 2 completed in 2019.
