This project was a new £6.6 million zero-carbon office and laboratory building within the Exeter Science Park.
The building has over three floors, its internal workspaces can be reconfigured to suit the needs of the tenants. It will also be net-zero-carbon for operational energy as a result of the design features including a 44kw solar voltaic roof panels.

Our role on this project was to act as Principal Designer. This project was completed in March 2021.
