This twenty-five storey building provides accommodation for 836 student rooms and common parts, fourteen market trader units and associated parking. Greetham Street is located in the centre of Portsmouth; it neighbours Portsmouth and Southsea train station, and is just 10 minutes’ walk from the University of Portsmouth.

Our role in this project was to provide Principal Designer services and monthly site inspections. The project completed in summer 2016.
